How failure become stepping stone of success?

It is almost impossible to go through life without experiencing some kind of failure. Failure is a part of life; everyone has experienced failure at some point. "Only a man who knows what it's like to be defeated can reach down to the bottom of his soul and come up with the extra ounce of strength he needs to win when the fight is close," legendary boxer Muhammad Ali once said.
Yet the biggest obstacle to success and one of the biggest fears in life that people have is the fear of failure. It is also the main reason that prevents people from realizing their full potential and achieving their goals. Fear of failure immobilizes you, limits you in your comfort zone, prevents you from moving forward in life, and limits your chances of success. Defeat is not easy to swallow. There is no worse feeling than facing failure. Failure will leave you bitter, unhappy and depressed.

It is then not difficult to understand why most people are afraid of failure. They prefer to play it safe, limit themselves to their comfort zone and avoid any risk. But playing it safe can also be risky. It will put you out of business. You choose to forgo potential opportunities and push yourself into mediocrity. Restricting yourself to your cocoon prevents you from reaching your full potential.

Don't let the fear of failure stop you from achieving your goals. The key to success is not to avoid failure, but to overcome the fear of failure; learn from your failures and use them to build yourself up. Success comes in leaps and bounds to people who are ready for it. Truly creating value, day in and day out, requires determination, purpose, and most of all, that subtle but very important quality known as character. Failure is a far better character builder than any affirmation or fleeting goal. While every success pushes you a little bit further, failure shapes your career—and your personality—like nothing else. It's the difference between a natural lake that takes thousands of years to form and an artificial lake that takes less than a year to form.

"Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker."
Failure is delay, not defeat.
It's a temporary detour, not a dead end."
