Just as your body's muscles are built up through workouts, in the same way, meditation builds up your metal muscles. If you meditate daily, then no emotion affects you quickly Because you know very well that it is just a feeling in your mind and, it cannot affect you unless you want it to. Some women complain that they want to do meditation, but they do not know the right way to do it. In such a situation, sit in any quiet place with closed eyes and focus only on the movement of your breath. During this time, many thoughts will come in your mind, but you neither try to stop them from coming nor force them to go. Focus only on the coming and going of your breath. In no time you will feel yourself very relaxed.
