How easy Just wheat flour is enough.. Instant dinner is ready

Deciding what to cook for three meals a day is a big lesson.  I hated life by cooking the same way every day.  Are you a person who is always worried about what to make for dinner, especially at night?  Don't worry anymore.  All you need is whole wheat flour to make this nutritious super dinner recipe in no time.  Well let's see how it is.

 required things:

 Wheat flour - 2 cups

 Oil - little

 Salt – as needed

 Turmeric powder – ¼ spoon

 Urutam dal - 1 spoon

 Chickpeas - 1 tbsp

 Cumin – ½ spoon

 Mustard - ½ spoon

 Big onion - 1

 Ginger - 1 small piece

 Caraway leaves - a bunch

 Green chillies – 2

 Tomato - 1

 Fenugreek powder – ¼ spoon

 Ghee - little

 Coriander leaves – a little

Recipe

 First, in a large bowl add turmeric powder, wheat flour and a pinch of salt and mix well.  Then add water little by little to it and mix it into dosa batter.

 Next, put a pan in the oven, add some oil to it and when it is hot, add dal, urad dal, mustard and cumin and fry lightly.  Then add ginger, cardamom, onion, green chillies and coriander and saute for three minutes.

After that, add tomatoes, salt and asparagus powder and saute until the tomatoes are soft.  When this mixture cools, add it to the dissolved flour and mix it.

 Finally, put the dosa stone in the oven, add a little ghee to it, pour the flour like dosa and cook it well on both sides, then a super tasty instant dinner is ready.
