HOW CAN YOU UPLIFT YOUR MIND FROM INFERIORITY COMPLEX?

                A person who indulges in an inferiority complex. No one can uplift him from this disease until he himself strives to overcome or defeat it. When he comes read to endeavor against that extreme odds then he is able to take the edge off and this disease can atrophy by time. Disease........yes, I consider it a disease because the person who is a victim, always lives unhappy and not feel easy so I call it dis-ease.

               I learn one thing that appreciation plays a very important role in our life. When you start appreciating yourself, you are able to do those tasks which seem impossible before. When you will be optimist every task whether it is difficult or impossible, will seem possible. You must appreciate those things which you have like say thanks to God for being alive, being human, thanks to having ears, hands, and for being a normal person. You should focus on which you have, not on those things which you have not. Expunge the words like "I can't" and impossible from the dictionary of your life.....say "how can I" instead of "why I can't I".

               It all about our thinking, our thoughts. There have been things in our life that once we thought we couldn't do. When we shifted our focus, we discovered we were more than capable. Everything we ever do or create is of your thoughts.

                Our thoughts are responsible for the change, thoughts are responsible for our success and disasters. So we have to change our beliefs. We can change our old beliefs with the new ones by repeating the beliefs in our minds. The more we repeat, the more we believe it and what we believe, we create. Our actions are the result of our thoughts.

                We should remember one thing that there is a difference between vision and dream. The dream is just fairytales that are not true. But we should firm our vision, We should cling to it. First, we should firm our thoughts and repeat the vision we have that we could not forget it.

              The most important thing is that we have to take action. There is something that when you want to go upstairs, you have to take the first step. Otherwise, you can't go. It's necessary to move or take a step to achieve what you want. success will never knock your door or never serve for you on the plate. It's not a piece of cake. everything needs action. Just suppose you are hungry, want to eat something or you are thirsty and want water, you cannot quench your thirst or hunger until you don't drink water or eat something. This thing also needs action.

               Everything in life needs action for fulfillment. Sometimes we take action but we cannot achieve or attain that desired thing. The reason is that something is missing in our actions. So we should not throw in the towel, we should try over and over again. And after struggling too much you cannot attain your goal. Then this not for you. You must have to move to something else. It's not necessary that achieve everything or things remain constant in life either it is good or bad...we should not forget the nature, rules of nature. We should keep remembering that change is a slam dunk, nothing is eternal. Everything has it's limited and we should adjust ourselves with these changes. The most important thing is how we react to these changes or problems. we should shift our focus to the solution of the problems, we should not throw in the towel. We should keep our chin up. One more thing is that hard work and struggles never wastes. These are the things which are certainly up to par.
