Diaphonic Exercise: -

To do this exercise, you sit comfortably in a chair. Place your right hand on the stomach and the left hand on the chest. Then slowly breathe through the nose. As you breathe, your chest and stomach will swell. Then slowly exhale. Repeat this process 10 to 15 times.

Note- It is used to normalize breathing and relax the respiratory tract.

 

Pursed Lip Breathing: -

To do this, sit in a chair. Place both your hands on the stomach. Breathe through your nose and inflate your stomach, then exhale through your mouth. Breathe out in such a way that the whistle sound comes. You breathe in the count of two and exhale in the count of four. Do this process 8-10 times.

Note- This exercise will relieve shortness of breath and fatigue. By doing this exercise, the oxygen level will increase.

 

Candle Blow Exercise: -

Sit down on a chair and burn three candles on the table in front. Take a deep breath and extinguish as many candles as you can with a funk. Do this process 5 - 7 times.

Note- It is used to remove the saw from the upper respiratory tract.

 

Thoracic expansion: -

Sit on the chair and put both hands behind your head. Take a deep breath through your nose. Turn to the right and bend slightly to exhale. Then sit up straight, take a deep breath and release to the left. Do this process 5-6 times.

Note- It helps in loosening the secretion and mucus from the inter part of the lungs. Leads them to the central airway.

 

Balloon exercise: -

Breathe through your nose and try to inflate the entire balloon. Do this process 6-8 times. Note- This exercise increases lung function. Note- If there is any kind of breathing problem, do the exercises with the advice of a doctor.
