1 Do deep breathing exercises:-

 

 If you take deep breaths for two minutes, then your troubled mind will be calm.  The tension subsides.  Lungs will be strong.  It will be easier to concentrate on the mind and focus on the task.  You can do this anywhere in the office or at home. 

 2 Do stretching exercises:- 

Two minutes of stretching exercises can give you relief from many problems.  Chair exercises can be done while sitting in the office or can also be done while standing.  You can also do sit-ups in one place.  

3 Eye Exercises:- 

Our eyes are made to see far away.  See things two minutes away once every hour.  If you are in the office, look outside the window.  There will be relief in the burning sensation.  

4 Listen to a song of your choice:- 

Listen to a song of your choice and make a sketch.  Mentally fresh can climb stairs: wherever you are, if there are stairs, go up and down stairs for 5 minutes.  Climbing the stairs for one minute burns about 11 calories.  This will keep the weight under control.  

5 To your special:-

 Do call one of your friends every day.  Talk to him for 4-5 minutes only.  This will give you energy.  If you want to talk on mobile for a long time, then keep walking.  If you have 10 minutes... go outside or walk near the house.  If you are going for a walk then try not to use the phone.  Talk to a standing colleague.  Organize the workplace: This is a matter of habit.  When you organize the workplace, it gives you mental peace. 

6 Take tea breaks:- 

Instead of drinking tea and coffee in your seat, walk to the canteen and drink a cup of tea.  Maybe So take your colleague along. 

7  Do nice things  Do 7 subtle exercises:- 

There are many such exercises, yoga and subtle asanas which can be done in the office.  You can also meditate while sitting on the seat for some time.

2 How should we eat food so that we remain healthy? 

 1 Why should not eat food in a hurry?


  There are many disadvantages of eating in a hurry.  As air also enters the stomach along with the food.  There is a problem of gas indigestion and belching.  Eating fast also leads to weight gain.  If you eat comfortably, you chew your food properly.  It provides complete nutrition.  There is no pressure on the liver.  Digestion also improves if saliva is mixed well with the food.  

2 Why shouldn't you eat while standing?

  When you are standing, you eat quickly, in this you swallow air along with the food, on the other hand, the food reaches the digestive system faster.  The process of digestion is not complete.  This causes flatulence, cramps, and gas problems.  

3 Why not drink water during meals?  


Avoid drinking water during meals unless there is a great need.  Drinking water takes a longer time to digest food.  There may be digestive problems.  It is considered good to drink water 40-50 minutes before the meal and 30 minutes after the meal.  

4 Why should we walk after meals? 

It is good to walk for a while after meals, it increases metabolism.  Helps in digestion.  But don't run too much.  Sitting or lying down in one place after a meal causes problems in digestion.  This also increases obesity.  Try to have food three hours before sleeping. 

 

5 Why should one eat while sitting on the ground? 


 The habit of eating while sitting on the ground keeps the body posture correct.  This strengthens the muscles.  Blood circulation in the body remains fine, the heart has to work less.  Blood flow increases to digest food, pressure is put on the heart.
