How black people are being degraded?

George Floyd's story

On May 25, 2020, George Floyd, who was a 40-year-old black man, had the worst day of his life that he was killed in Minneapolis during an arrest for allegedly using a counterfeit bill. There a policeman named Derek Chauvin knelt on George’s neck for at least 9 minutes, while George was handcuffed and lying face down. At that time, he kept saying, “I can’t breathe” and was begging for his life. During the last three minutes, George was not able to move and had no pulse.

Four people were involved in this horrible, sad incident and then charged for it. As these four men are never do anything at the time of George’s death. These men are

After the incident, the area around the place where George was killed become a makeshift memorial to May 26, with many people protesting and playing tribute to George. At the day, a number of people protesting was 100 and they were protesting showing posters and slogans with taglines “Justice for George”, “I can’t breathe” and “black lives matter”.

In starting, the protest was at a low level having few protesters but later on, it expanded to the whole country and world. People threw rocks on police and because of this, police used tear gas, flash grenades, rubber bullets and smoke bombs on protesters as they were crossing limits.

Dignity Of Blacks

These days, black people are in pain or we can say in danger. As all of us hear different stories daily that a black man or black teenager killed, black women killed and degraded by the police.

These stories want to say that black people don’t worth but actually it is in some evil minds of whites. We usually hear about enslaved black women who raped by some evil whites. Few white people think that blacks don’t have that power to defend themselves. But it’s not true, black people can also rise up for their rights which they should get being humans.

Being humans, we should understand that if there is a black man, white man or a brown all of them are humans and have equal rights on earth. If we belong to any religion being human, we are equal and have the rights to live here freely.

Racism

Racism is defined as having a correlation between different factors like unemployment and immigration. Moreover, racism is a horrible part of this world. Mostly this racism issue is found in European countries which are clear from the present George Floyd’s case.

This is not the first time in history that the dignity of blacks ruined in the soil. America and other European countries had this type of case many times. And every time this type of incident happened the same thing happen or been created that some protesters protests and then, later on, all of them shut their mouths up and reprehensible walk freely.

I am writing this because I had the experience of being degraded due to my color of skin. People make a difference between me and others because of my color. Just because I am Black.
