"How a small demerit stifles all our good qualities"

"How a small demerit leaves behind all the good qualities of a human being" from Swami Vivekananda

Friends, today's article is an article displaying the ideal ideas of Swami Vivekananda, the great promoter of Indian philosophy, in which Swamiji has explained very easily how one demerit of a human is greater than all the virtues.

Once Swami Vivekananda went to a school. Small children used to study there and all the teachers of that school used to increase the children's knowledge with good things and interesting stories with all their heart.

Swamiji, the children who went to that school, stood up and bowed to Swamiji. Swamiji blessed the children, after which the children sat down in their respective places.

One thing came to Swamiji's mind that why not today? I should answer some questions to these children.

Swamiji said, "Dear children, tell me who was Shri Ram?"

All the children together replied, "Shri Ram was the king of Ayodhya."

Swamiji again said, "Where did Ravana live?"

The children replied, "Ravana lived in Lanka."

Swamiji again asked, "How many brothers were the Pandavas?"

The children together replied, "The Pandavas were five brothers."

After these questions and answers, Swamiji picked up a huge piece of paper and pasted it on the blackboard.

After this, he picked up a pen; Swamiji had picked up had black ink in it.

Swamiji put a small mark on that blank piece of paper with that black ink pen; all the children present in the class were overseeing this work of Swamiji and were trying to understand what Swamiji was doing. Are.

Swamiji said, "Children, tell me what do you see."

All the children said together, "Swamiji; we see a black spot."

Swamiji again said, "Children, how many such spots can be put on this paper."

The children answered together, "Swamiji, this piece of white paper can have thousands of black spots."

Swamiji again said, "Children, the black spot is small, and the white paper is huge."

 The kids said, "exactly right."

Swamiji said again, dear children, just as a small black spot is visible in this piece of white paper. In the same way, even if a particular person has thousands of qualities, one defect appears first.

That's why I would like that we should gradually remove our shortcomings, not looking at our qualities, we should look at our shortcomings, and we should keep trying this in our life, instead of looking at the shortcomings of others, look at the qualities of others and from those qualities Make your life ideal and happy.

 Conclusion

Above is a small story in which a great thing has been told about a small example by the great philosopher Swami Vivekananda, in which it has been told that we keep searching for the evils of others throughout our life.

And while searching for their evils, we forget our best, and we ourselves also get involved in wrong actions; this whole article teaches us that we have to keep away even the most subtle evils in our life from ourselves because a small Even this evil ignores all the good in us and others see our evil first.

Lesson "Evils are quickly detected, so never do bad things."
