Home remedies for weak memory

Often it happens to you that you forget your car keys, important files, money, food, important messages or names of people when they meet after a long time. So you have a problem of weak memory. Today, it is very common for people over the age of 40 to have poor memory. 1)Pistachio -

   Lack of thiamine causes the memory to weaken. And pistachios are one of the richest sources of thiamine. Therefore, use pistachio to repair the memory. Half a cup of pistachio supplies about 0.54 mg of thiamine. It is recommended to take about 1.5 mg of pistachio regularly for men over 50 years of age and about 1.1 mg for women, while a little less for young people.

2) Artichoke -

  Artichoke helps to increase mental sharpness. When the memory is weak, separate the artichoke leaf and add enough water to a jar and keep the jar covered and keep it for a while. Now mix this water in the pan and boil it for two hours. Then squeeze the leaves thoroughly and extract the juice. Take 3 to 4 big tablespoons of this juice four times a day.

3) Carrot -

  Carrot is cheap, efficient and popular. Many elements of balanced diet are found in it. An element called carotene present in carrots acts as a memory booster. Carrots can be eaten raw, cooked, with juice and apricots.

4) Eggs -

   The memory provides egg lecithin to keep nerve cells healthy. This element is found in sunflower and soybean oils. You can also take it as a capsule. Experts believe that regular intake of about 70 grams of lecithin helps improve memory. 6 Okra

    Bhindi is a memory enhancing food popular in India as 'Lady Finger'. Also, foods like sweet potato, sago and spinach also help in keeping the memory intact. Apart from this, fresh fruits especially oranges and vegetables, almonds and milk are also very good for promoting memory.

6) Herbal tea -

   Tea of ​​bay leaves, rosemary, marua and basil is helpful in removing weak memories. This is all good, you can choose one of your choice. To make their tea, use 1/4 teaspoon in a cup of boiling water. Use it after five minutes. Massage the neck and forehead with the essential oil present in these herbs, mixed with olive oil. Or mix this oil in the bath water: 5 drops in a filled tub.

8) Vitamins -

    Deficiency of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) can cause memory damage. But improving the memory of adults can be found by taking its supplements in their daily diet. Vitamin B6 is found in fresh plums, pineapples, figs, apricots etc. According to recent studies, an improvement in short-term memory was found in adults taking vitamin E supplementation.
