Exactly what is healthy lifestyle?         These five regions were picked because earlier research has indicated that they significantly affect the chance of dying young. The following is definition and measurement of these healthful habits: 1. healthy diet was determined and graded by taking into account the amount of both unhealthy and healthy items that were reported to be consumed, including trans fat, sodium, sugar sweetened beverages, red and processed meats, and whole grains. 2. healthy physical activity level was determined to be at least 30 minutes day of moderate to intense exercise. 3. healthy body weight, which is determined by having normal body mass index (BMI) of 18.5 to 24.9. 4. There is no such thing as healthy smoker.

What is our (major) issue ,then?                The authors of this study note that rather than focusing on disease prevention, we in the US have tendency to spend extravagant amounts of money on creating novel medications and other therapies for illnesses. It's major issue. Experts advise focusing on public health initiatives and policy reforms at the large population level in order to support people in adopting healthier diets and lifestyles. (Similar to seat belt laws and motorbike helmets...) In terms of tobacco and trans fat legislation, we have made some progress.
