Guys our lifestyle totally depnds on the locality we live in, our friend circle and most important oue way of living, speaking skill and looks. 

Guys here I'm going to tell you about how you can maintain a cool lifestyle keeping healthy one constant so do read till end. So now guys here we go :-

Firstly guys we need to improvise our way of talking ??, we must exhibit a decencyand respect towards the other person while we are talking. People must feel that you are a very decent, polite and kind type of guy even if you are a not of that type ?.

Once people make a positive image of yours then we'll move on to second step that is your behavior and attitude. Look guys attitude must be there but that doesn't mean you need to be arrogant and rude to everyone, this simply means that you must be polite and kind but people must feel that "yes, this guy have something in him, he can do anything and can achieve everything", you can understand na that positive type attitude. 

Then comes your peer group. Guys this is the most difficult thing to identify who are your real friends and who are just there to get their work done by you, you know na that selfish type. So you'll need to identify them and then need to make only good friends.

Then now comes in personality. Here guys you need to be well groomed, nicely trimmed beards, cool+decent haircut, shining face(now here many people misunderstands me, that shine is not from your color or the makeup, the shine of your personality , this attitude must be there on your face) and also if you guys get a bit puffed up. 

Generally girl like the nerves popping out of hand ?? for that comes the healthy lifestyle which will help you to grow some muscles?. 

Guys to grow muscles you guys need to exercise daily and must take a proper diet. I know these are very obvious things but these won't be when I will be telling you your diet plan or you can say personalized budget diet plan (100% worth).
