           13- to 50-year-olds are called female reproductive ages. Usually, the period starts from the age of 13, after which these periods continue continuously until the age of 50, the periods stop coming after the age of 50, Every month, women of childbearing age menstruate for 3 to 4 days from the vagina, this is called menstruation or also called periods.

So these periods come every month; there is a 28-day cycle in most months. When we talk about one menstrual cycle, it means that from the first day of the period until the first day of the next period, it is called one cycle.

 

Generally, girls experience menstruation every 28 days, but it can be up to 2 to 3 days before or after 2 to 3 days; it's normal. It happens to many women. So instead of the exact 28 days, it should come in 32 days or 26 days. It's also normal.

So the time comes in this way, bleeding 3 to 4 days every month. At this rate, 20 ml to 60 ml of blood loss usually occurs 3 to 4 days through the vagina to treat these former people using cloths. Still, today, good sanitary pads are available at various companies in the market. These hygienic particles are very comfortable.

 
Why the times?

There is a female organ called the uterus. When a woman is pregnant, the baby grows into that organ, and this organ feeds the baby, and the pregnancy is maintained.

 

Why do times get so bad?

Occasional pain is called dysmenorrhea. There are two types of dysmenorrhea.


 
Primary dysmenorrhea or Spasmodic dysmenorrhea.
Secondary dysmenorrhea or Congestive dysmenorrhea.
The most common pain from the age of 13 to 24 is called primary dysmenorrhea or spasmodic dysmenorrhea. This includes pain in the lower abdomen, hips, thighs, or legs. The pain occurs 1 or 2 days at a time and then returns to normal on your own.

Secondary dysmenorrhea or Congestive Dysmenorrhea

Secondary dysmenorrhea occurs in women between the ages of 25 and 35. This pain usually occurs in the middle of the month.

How can you manage a stressful time?

Put a bottle of warm water on your back and stomach; it offers a lot of relief from menstrual cramps.
Some massage is also helpful. Massage the lower abdomen and back with essential oils.
Avoid food items that cause water retention and the boat. Or avoid eating salty foods, high amounts of caffeine, and tea.
 Add herbs such as cinnamon and turmeric to your diet.
Exercise is artificial as it releases good hormones.
