Today we are going to talk about the Health.

Health is Very imporant For a Human Being in the busy life every person busy to done your work and regularly sit on the chair. they do not any physical work for your health and slowly slowly they suffred from ill. so today we are talk about the Health and the Health tips To make our life Healthy.

1. Do not Sitlong time on chair:

   In our busy life we are normally 6 to 8 hours spend on sitting chair .these cause we are suffer with the obiesity and many other health related desease like knee pain,back pain, diabities ec. so it is very neccessary to do not sit long time on chair and time to time walk in the our office and other place.

 

2. Eat Healthy foods:

Halthy food is directly Related to your health if you are Daily take a balanced food you feel healthy and wealthy. a food you can say it Healthy if it has  good nutrition ,protein and complrtely balanced. And Daily take the green vegetables like :-spinch,maithi, coulifllower,etc. and take fruit like apple, orange,banana, guavaetc.

3.walk half an hour daily in the morning:

if we are walk half an hour daily in the morning you feel fresh and healthy it can make your day . it is neccessary to your health it also help your digesion.   it also control your fat.

 

4. take meditation:

meditation is very important to a person if any person do everyday meditation they feel healthy and fresh. because meditation make good flow of blood in your body and make good yourself. 

it helps us to avoid respiratory desease and also make yours eye and yours lever healthy. some diffrent types of meditation are:  spiritual meditation , focused meditation, movement meditation and mantra meditation etc.

the spiritual meditation is used in easten religious such as hinduism and daoism and in christian faith.it similar to prayer in that you  reflect on the silence around you and seek a deeper connection with your god and universe.
