Health is wealth

A traditional saying, "Health is wealth"  has been coming from centuries. Have you ever bore in mind what actually it refers? The answer is absolutely not. Let's compare the sound health and in contrary unsound health. Suppose, there are three persons standing opposite to one another, one of them is a patient and rest of two are enjoying sound health. When questions are asked to three peraons about their present circumstances, the three who are enjoying sound health would likely to answer our every question, but would you culminate about the person who is not well? Of course not, the reason behind the scene is, when a human is not feeling well the world seems to be gloomy and bleak. It is human instinct, when he is not well, from inside, nothing would charm him. 

Health is not only is related to diseases, rather it is highly associated with one's mental health. We find many people around the world, they, being wealthy and having every luxury, but still they are not well. It is not said, that they are physically-ill, rather, they are unable to focus over the things that ought be focused. What does make us mentally ill? And what measurements should be taken? It is difficult to answer, yet easy to elucidate, when a person thinks more than his physical or moral approach, he is likely to reach at hallucination, where, a person will not able to decide what to do and what to not. Too much thinking about anything, either it is business, family, education and love drag the pwrson towards unending anxieties and insomniacs.

In order to live peaceful life, it is an obligation for human to get rid of the such unbeatable hallucinogenic and devastating anxieties. A human must go for exercise on daily basis. It is normally ignored by most of the people, to spend few hours with the family, and with friends that make us happy and sound. While facing such issues, one must go for trip, either with family, friends, children or with any one, it liberate the human from all worldly troubles. These activities seem very un-important but actually are worthwhile, one must do the things which fascinates to his personality and could enhance the mental health.
