Health and sports

  Sport is defined as to convert your energy to get the goal which is named as health. Yes of course health can be gained if a person starts to lose his all energy in sports. 

 Things which are required for person loving sports:

1. Keep your health 1st :

   Health is something without which gaining your goal is impossible. Sport is that kind of game which requires good health and a lot of energy.

2. Have a perfect  routine:

  Routine is the important instruction  to healthy life. Because routine makes a person fully prepared for getting his purpose. It trains person to perform every task in its time and avoid the useless things .

3. To keep your mind cool: 

 A person who is involved in games of sports should keep its mind free of thoughts and anger. Although sports is that kind of game belonging to physical state instead of mental but still we should agree that mental state of person is required in every field of life.

4. To have focused mind:

 Yes focused mind is that kind of quality required for being victorious in every game and fight. To learn a game and to play a game you need to have focused mind .
