Health Alert: Due to poor lifestyle, youth are also suffering from heart related diseases.

Renowned cardiologist CN Manjunath expressed regret over this trend while keeping this information on Saturday. He told the Indian Science Congress here that there was a time when children used to come to get treatment for their parents' heart disease, but today the family, especially in India, can treat their children in the age group of 20 to 40 years with various heart-related diseases.

For treatment. Manjunath, director of Jaydev Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research, said that loneliness and loss of jobs, tight economic conditions and lifestyle are also responsible for heart-related diseases among the youth.

He also blamed alcohol, narcotic drugs, and smoking besides screen addiction for increasing cases of heart-related diseases.

Dr. Manjunath said that screen addiction is a mental disorder as stated by the World Health Organization (WHO). Screen addiction, whether of computer or mobile phone, is one of the major reasons for loneliness. He said that today people are forgetting how to live a simple life. The simple management of life is that you should be gentle while in power, prefer simplicity in terms of money and remain silent in anger. Nutritious food is necessary for a healthy body. Food gives energy to our body and we are able to get active and compete for all day's work properly. The right food serves as fuel for our body. Not only do we get nutrients from food, but it also plays an important role in strengthening our bones and improving muscles. But getting only nutritious food is not enough. Even more important is to eat at the right time. Today there has been a change in the way people work. It is having an impact on our lives. With the lifestyle of the changing lifestyles, the time of eating and drinking has also become uncertain. Waking up late in the morning, working hours, eating late, waking up late at night are becoming part of our daily routine. If the food is not served at the right time, it can cause harm rather than a benefit.
