Green tea is made from unoxidized leaves and is oneof the less processed types of tea .It therefore contains tge most anti oxidants and beneficial polyphenols .

Green tea was used in traditional chinese and indian medicine to control bleeding and heel wounds ,aid degestion ,improve heart and mental health and regulate body temperature .

Recent studies have shown green tea can potentially have the effects on everything from weight loss to liver disorder ,type 2 diabetes ,and akheimer's disease .

According to national cancer ,the polyphenols in tea have been shown to dicrease  tumor growth in laboratory and animal studies and may protect against damage caused by ultraviolet UVB radiation  .In countries where green tea is high cancer rates tend to be lower ,but it is the green tea that prevents cancer in these particular population.

so taking green tea is proving helpful for health and we should take this . Green tea is helps us to prevent from many diseases which other medicines cannot do .
