Girls view: How a girl looks at society.

It is stated that girls are bound to be a smooth flower in the previous era, where girls are not much in contact with society.

These days were full of household chores, obeying parents and relatives, getting married even without prior notice, giving birth to the child, raising them, and basically leading a life without questioning what she can do other than these works.

In this century, when more and more girls are pursuing professional education, doing good jobs, setting their own businesses, and earning well, why do girls need to be properly seen by society? Why can't a girl live as a human first and then as a “girl"?

And this leads us to an important thought - how society can change to offer a better place to grow for a girl.

Expectable society:

After growing in a secure and warm environment under family, a girl is meant to enter the stereotypical world where she has to acquire her identity through hard work and dedication.

At this point, a girl will expect an encouraging world to be successful and happy while achieving her dream.

A girl should be given the right to choose what she wants. Even small decisions in the family and workplaces should consider a girl's opinions.

Responsibility of society towards a girl:

As a part of achieving gender equality, society must help a girl in the following aspects.

• Opportunities are the important needs for a girl because many seldom get any of them.

● Encouragement from work officials, teachers, seniors, peers, and even every person they come through gives a catalytic effect on a girl's success.

● Protection is an undoubted necessity among females. Even before birth, a girl must strive to enter this world. Discrimination against girls is rampant, and due to the fear of abuse and exploitation, they are kept at home and not sent to school.

● Showing concern towards a girl will make her feel confident and enable her to trust that person.

● Getting successful has never been an easy task. Especially for a girl, it is not less than getting eternity. Good advice can lead to great success, where bad advice can make life even more miserable.

Such acts should be used by society towards a girl to make her feel safe and grow into what she wants to become.

Problems for a girl in present society:

● Lack of opportunities.

● Lesser motivation.

● Little knowledge about the contemporary world.

● Lack of support from people around her.

When society fails to fulfill the needed responsibility towards a girl, it will immensely affect girls' growth in this world. Leading to a decrease in the overall development of the human race.

Before society, it is the parents' responsibility to make their daughter feel secure and accessible to every situation. They must provide necessary chances which can help their daughter to grow and lead a successful life.
