In our daily life, we spend all day with our body but we don't know about some of the facts related to it.

Here I'm going to share a few facts about our Body.

Number One:

Do you know that risk factors for the heart are high on Monday?

Researches of Sweden found a shocking fact when they conducted the survey. When they analyzed seven years of recorded data of heart attack which is collected from various hospitals they got surprised.

They found that twenty percent of cases were recorded on Monday and a lesser factor on Saturday.

Why this risk factor for the heart is only on Monday?

I guess most of you had already known the answer.

Yes, that's true.

People enjoy the weekend and their stress levels are high when they return to their offices on Monday.

Researches are found that the blood pressure in them gets higher or lower and this is because of the deadlines in their offices.

This stress may lead to a heart attack so keep your stress levels in balance do some exercises and meditation and there are many other things to keep your stress in control.

Number Two:

Most of them had heard that 12 percent of our dreams are in Black and White.

But In a recent survey, this has been changed to 4.4 percent. 

Why?

This is because We switched our black and white to color TV's.

We spend one-third percent of our life in sleep and you forget 90 percent of your dreams. if you remember any that means you suddenly woke up and that's the last thing stored in your mind.

 

 

 

 

Number Three:

We all know that drinking water is healthy.

But Do you Know consuming more water may affect your Kidney...?

Yes, being hydrated is ok but consuming too much water may also lead to kidney damage.

This is called Hyponatremia, which means sodium in our body gets diluted if the kidney contains too much water.

Even though it is uncommon but mostly occurs in athletes because they consume more water.
