Getting a good job in top tech companies with high packages

Most of the students who are neither from good colleges are facing a problem to get into good companies like.

Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Facebook, Netflix, or others due to lack of guidance and knowledge. Students are also facing problems of not getting excellent Alumni support in their college. They mainly follow what others are doing and learning new technologies without having basics in Data structure and algorithms. After learning a lot of techniques, they even don't know to write basic logic for a simple program. There is also a vast difference in the curriculum of Engineering colleges and what industry demands.students are being taught the old syllabus, which has been come into the market for the last 10-12 years and also plan are not getting updated with time.

Mainly top tech companies demands for problem-solving skills which come from data structure and algorithms and also gets handy dirty with these two things and practice a lot of questions on different websites like    Hackerrank, HackerEarth, CodeChef, CodeChef, GeeksforGeeks,leetcode and others with also provides various types of the contest with time to time. After practicing a lot of questions on these websites try to move on some projects in Machine Learning with Data science, web development, Android development and others which helps in industries on which companies mainly work.students should also get hand dirty with system design, DBMS, operating system and Networking which companies mostly ask candidates. Students should try to participate in Hackathons that are held with the city, state, or National wise and also work with open source projects like Github or take part in Google Summer of code.

Sometimes companies try to hire from different websites, i.e., Hackerrank, HackerEarth, CodeChef, CodeChef, GeeksforGeeks,leetcode, and others having top ranks or organize contests so that they can able to hire them who is a passionate coder and having a functional problem-solving.
