Eat well, stay fit!

Dear readers,

Maintain your health! Do exercise everyday at least half an hour . But you don't like to do it or if you haven't enough time, then adjust your time and make it your habit !

Because, today everything we eating is mostly hybrid. Or growned with harmful chemicals, so our body needs more efforts to cure and digest it! But exercise makes it easier for our body!

Everydays exercise makes our body eligibie to defend from viruses and illnes. And remember virals,bacterias attacks on body which is weak and could not survive and defend to diseases.

There are two points below in which I have explained which type of exercise and meal we should take, 

1) Always follow your daily schedule . If you haven't it, then prepare it as your daily chores and jobs. Do your all works as scheduled. Take your meal at a fix timing! According to experts the best time to go bed is between 8-12 at night and for wake up is 5-6 at early morning. 

As experts says, most adults needs 8,9 hours for complete rest. But indian ethology says that 5-6 hours sleep or rest is enough for good health. But everyone's thinking direction is different so choice is dependent on reader who is reading!?

2) don't pamper your tongue !☺️

This is important point!  Tongues likes tastes like salty, sweet and greasy. But  everything that tongue likes is not acceptable for body and Exaggeration of anything is harmful ! 

Salty says salt ! But we know how salt is harmful! We have no need to say it. Second is sweet, sweet is sugar. Everyone likes sweet but i say this sugar is more dangerous than poison ! Because poison kills man emmidiately, but the sugar kills man slowly. It spreads poison simultaneously in body and when our body gets down sugar starts his brutal act. And gives birth to diseases like "diebetis". And takes away the sweetness from our life. 

Friends,  eating too greasy is also harmful! It creates gall and irritable bowel syndrome 

And last point is avoid oily and food of open shops . Oily food is just poison for body, oil sits at chest organs and creates acidity. So eat healthy and stay fit !!!????
