Don’t sit idle Stay busy to make your life lively

People who are busy are happier than those who are not, new research indicates.

Research: Researchers at the University of Chicago and Shanghai Jiaotong University asked college students to participate in the experiment.

               After the completion of the first experiment, they asked students to sit idle for a few minutes or take a walk and before performing another experiment. No need surprise, most of the students choose to sit idle. the researchers offered the same kind of candies to them as a reward. After finishing the first round researcher’s analysed and proven that people who went for a walk are more active compared to the student who is sitting idle.

                In the next round, they offered milk and chocolate candies for two locations, even the two candies are equally attracted people, Less than half of the students chose to go faraway location, this time they took it seriously even if they don’t have any clue about what kind of candy they would get.

                Finally, the survey proved that people who are busy and participated in walking are happier compared to other people who choose to sit idle. Actually, they chose to do something over doing nothing. We people actually love to sit idle doing nothing, but we prefer our actions should be meaningful. When you have meaningful work then you prefer to be busy. Do not wander here and there in your mind. Stay active, Always keep yourself busy. Being inactive can easily lead to boredom and unhappy. Engage your mind and body. Keep all your brain in the present. Engage your mind but do not overthink.

Conclusion: We never know what will happen in a few minutes. Thinking about the past make one depressed. Thinking about feature makes one worry. Living in past and feature alternatively make someone deadly. So, live in present and make your life alive.
