Do you know how to made apple logo and why cut out side

why cut Apple logo at the outside

story highlited:-

[:] Holden firth says one story recount how the apple logo was a tribute to Alan Turning.

[:] "sadly the truth is rarely as simple, or beatiful, as we would like he writes.

[:] Apple logo artist Rob Jonoff is charmed by the story but was unware of the association.

[:] Firth: more than most, Steve Jobs appreciated the value of beautiful story.

Let's now it well:-

If beauty is indeed truth,as John keats claimed, then this story ought to be true: the logo on the back of your iphone or mac is a tribute to Alan turning, the man who laid the foudation for the modern day computer, pioneered research into artificial intelligence and unlocked german war time codes.

His death, a decade after the end of the war provide the link with apple. unrecognised or his work, facing jail for gross indeceny and humiliated by estrogen injection indeed to 'cure' his homosexuality, hi bit inti an Apple he had lacedwith cynide He died in abscurity on june 7,1954,10 year and a day after the Normandy Landings, which made coupious use o intelligence gleaned by methods.

So the story goes , when two satndfoed enterpreniours where looking or a logo for their brand new computer company, they rememberd Turning and his contribution to their field. They choose an apple---not a complete apple. but one with a bite taken out of it.

Sadly the truth is rarely as simple or beautiul, as we would like. i first researched this story in 2005 and was assured by someone at apple that it was indeed true. The article struck a chord and several people  got in touch to say how pleased or touched they were to here the story.

A few year later i mention it to another apple employee, who immidediately said that he tought it was a myth. it may have started around the time of the 2001 film about the bletchley park code breaker's Enigma or it may have just resurffaced then he checked with apple head quarters and although they were non-commited it was clear that Turning story was, not official Apple History.
