Breakfast is said to be the first meal of the day while dinner said to be the last meal of the day but do know which one is more important and the one you should leave this is what i discovered and tried it and it is perfectly working 100% lets see tge details 

What am about to say is right and you are free go try out for your self and see the results out

  1. Firstly both meals are important but breakfast is the more important one one should take 
  2. Once you happen to take breakfast then you should not take dinner in order to give yiur body time digest the food you have but not to over load your body
  3. Remember if you are planning to skip one of the meals,  those having diabastes should  remain to a normal diet in order to keep the glucose levels normal 
  4. I would highly recommend one to take and strictly take breakfast at the normal time and in normal quantities plus correct diet
  5. What you should not forget is to eat a balanced diet more of cerals and greens but less of fats and oils this will help keep low fats in your body skin 
  6. Remember to take alot of water which is boiled in fixed intrevals this will keep the body metabolism high and give you a skinny and normal skin which is good looking

6 tips will make you life soo well no worries of what diseases you will get its a health benefit you will get out of this .

As i said those on medication and health decsriptions should do this slowly to enable the body gets used slowly by slowly however if the doctors say no do not do it 

For those who can try do it you will see the results in a very short period of time its real not scam
