Dangerous Combination

Hai friends actually we did not care about the combination of food because when we hungry we don't think about the combination wheater it is right or wrong. But the Ayurveda specialists are telling that improper food combinations do not lnly lead to indigestion but also to the production of toxins in our body. The Ayurveda says each food item has a different taste, characteristic, potency, energy and effect on our digestive stystem. When food with different energies are combined, it can overload the digestive fire and lead to indigestion, bloating, fermenation, gas and production of toxins.Paying attention and avoiding some foods combinations can lead to improved health, healing, improved quality of digestion, deeper level of nourishment and thus improved overall health.

for example in our daily life very common food combination that can create danger in our digestive system is banana and milk. These banana and milk consumed together can spoil the digestive fire and produce toxins, which can cause problems like sinus, cold, cough, allergy and congestion. Both these food items have acooling energy but their post digestion effect is different, banana is sour, while milk is sweet. This confuses our digestive system and results in imbalnces. See some of food combination that should be completely avoided along with some supportive food combinations. Not all over what i know there may be many otehr foods combinations that would not suit one specifically look for instincts.

In cold season and eares foods that are cold in potency and greasy in character are wrong food combinations.But in hot season and ares warm potency and bitter and pungent taste should be avoided. Should not eat a heavy meal if one has little appetite and also onething don't eat while holding a natural urge like pee or poop. We commonly doing a small mistake in everyday that warm food articles mixed with cold food articles. It is very dangerous habbit in our daily life. Milk should not be consumed with salt or sour fruits. Don't take undercooked or over cooked food items and also avoid long storing cooked food in refregerators. Like your food when you are eating.
