Cycling is a body weight exercise which helps us to get better physique and stay fit. Cycling provide us many health benefits if it is done in daily routine .

Some  benefits of cycling are written as following :-

Helps in weight loss: -Cycling helps in weight loss by burning a lot of our calories.It also helps to lose our body fat and stay .We should drink a lot of water which helps in losing fat.

Helps in getting a good physique :-As cycling helps in weight loss and fat loss which results in getting a good physique .

Helps in building  our muscles:-Daily cycling and having a good diet helps in building our leg .It keeps our body fit and protect it from many diseases.Cycling helps in building our thigh  muscles and also include our abdominal  muscles.

Helps in getting a good sleep:-Cycling in daily routine  helps us to get a good sleep.

It helps to regulate blood flow in our body and increases our blood circulation which helps in providing energy supply to whole parts of body. 

Helps in gaining our mental strength:-Cycling helps in gaining our mental  strength.It helps to make us mentally strong.Blood circulates in our whole brain and make oir mind fresh.Cycling involves balancing which is a most effective  exercise  for our brain.Our mind becomes stable and our thinking power improves.

Helps persons who are busy a lot:-Many people who a busy daily  schedule don't have time for exercise.So they can use cycle for going in their  offices,homes etc.

Helps in increasing height:-Cycling  effects our height as by cycling  our body becomes straight and our heights looks like increased one or two inch.

Warm uping our body:-Cycling also warm up our body.So we can do cycling during going to gym or starting any exercise.

Beginners can do cycling and then move to another level of gym.
