People with constipation issues should also prefer CHAKKI ATTA and BROWN rice. Include multivitamins in your nutritional plan as it will improve the immunity system and will cover deficiencies in your body.

People conscious about weight should not opt for restricted diet plans as it will weaken their immunity which is dangerous during this time of COVID 19. As mentioned earlier, focus on quality which means take LESS with more NUTRITIONAL value. Go for boiled or less oily food. Salads with fresh vegetables and fruits and Olives are very beneficial as well as contain fewer calories. Boiled eggs and fish are protein riched and less calorie diet. Go for baked food items rather than fried ones. Avoid cold drinks, pizzas, burgers, and other fast food. If you feel food cravings make it at home. All kind of recipes is available online.

When you order food from restaurants, it has a double negative impact. First is that you have a risk to catch an infection from the food item, its packaging (of course you are going to hold or touch it), and delivery staff. Secondly, fast food and cold drinks lead to lower your body immunity against diseases. As precautionary measures, cleanliness and washing rules are not properly followed so its recommended to avoid Restaurant food.

Sanitize dry grocery items and wash fruits/ vegetables properly when purchased. When or where water is available, prefer to wash your hands rather than sanitizing. If there is no water or soap go for sanitizing your hands. Wear masks whenever you go outside. Avoid social gatherings and outing programs until the situation is better. Try to do home chores yourself rather than allowing maids and servants. As they are poor and it's their job so if you can afford to pay them at least half of their regular salary. This is a difficult situation for the whole society so we should try to help those who are financially weaker or dependent on us.
