TODAY as you all have read the title that is to prove that a cirle is a polygon or not....
CIRCLE.....what according to you all is a circle?????
OK i understand, that a circle for you all and me is a round figure.You all might know that the world is all over science.There are mostly all the things which have been proved by science being correct...
GETTING TO THE TOPIC
I would just like to start with a story that imagine you are the person same as all people in the world.That means all people look like you.Then I call three of you to form a closed figure.OK,you could form a triangle.Then I invite one more to form a closed figure with FOUR vertices.What do you get---OBVIOUSLY you all get a QUADRILATERAL. Then I invite one more of you to get aPENTAGON ,HEXAGON ,SEPTAGON ,OCTAGON ,DECAGON.
NOW,you'll arrive at a conclusion that if you do this activity continuously without increasing the area then it all will appear as a round figure in which people are standing near one another,,sticking to each other.
NOW, if you take the real MATHEMATICS defination of a circle, it has stated that "A CIRCLE IS NOT A POLYGON BECAUSE IT DOES NOT SHOW THE PROPERTIES OF A POLYGON,THE DEFINATION OF THE POLYGON IS THAT IT IS A CLOSED FIGURE FORMED BY STRAIGHT LINE SEGMENTS"
But according to me, by logically if you take points instead of people you will find that a TRIANGLE has three vertices,a QUADRILATERAL has four vertices and if you continuosly join straight lines without increasing the area, THEREAFTER sometime you will end up getting a closed figure with infinite number of dots and line segments joining from the same centre - known as CIRCLE. This is proved SCIENTIFICALLY that a circle is a POLYGON.
BUT I REQUEST YOU ALL TO WRITE THE CORRECT DEFINATION OF CIRCLE THAT IT IS NOT A POLYGON UNTIL AN UNLESS IT IS CHANGED BY THE BOOKS
