Aircraft Cabin System:-

Oxygen is the vital requirement for our body and it is essential for most living process.In the earth surface we have sufficient amount of oxygen in the atmosphere.But normally aircraft travels above see level( i.e above 7000ft from see). Here oxygen level drops 90%.As we wil go above this oxygen will drop and convulsions are likely to occur.One can feel unconsciousness after some time.Hence Aircraft Cabin is pressurised to maintain cabin pressure altitude approx 8000 ft for passenger compfort and safety.

Now we will discuss about safety measure during emergency:-

If one feels aircraft pressure is dropping or due any reason the person is not able to breath properly due less of oxygen at higher altitude. Person should press the call button immediately and ask for PBE(portable breathing equipment) to cabin crew.Cabin crew will instruct you how to use this.In this way you can keep safe yourself. There is another case where whole aircraft cabin is uncomfortable due less oxygen, then in our overhead bin there is inbuilt oxygen cylinder with mask kept inside. If it is not coming automatically then there is a small hole is given and you just need a pointed device to push inside this hole.After that oxygen mask will come out for your use.So keep remember passenger safety is the main concern for any airline, but one should know how to use the emergency equipment given inside of the aircraft.

Aircondition system of the cabin:

It is a very complex process system.Air is bleed from Aircraft engine to provide aircondition.After going through many process like heat exchanger ,water separator & distributer system ,finally the cool air enters the cabin.

 components  control the functions of the Aircondition system.

* Cabin temperature controller

* Air conditioning accessory unit (ACAU)

* Cabin pressure controllers (CPCs).

The cabin temperature controller controls these functions of the air conditioning system:

* Pack cooling temperature

* Flight compartment temperature

* Passenger cabin temperature

Now we will discuss about emergency situation:

There will be situation when the aircondition is not sufficient to make us feel comfortable inside aircraft.So in that case one should check overhead bin switch to control the cool air.If still not getting adequate cool air then one ask cabin crew to check its cabin compartment system configuration.They can do setting accordingly.Still problem persisting then finally flight compartment have the control to increase or decrease the temperature.
