Brexit deal officially taken place on 31st January 2020. In this deal United Kingdom leaving the European Union three and half years after referendum. Still Brexit is not done or over but Britain Prime Minister has taken a hard stance threatning a no deal exit. If there is not any agreement takes place till June, so I will tell you about post-Brexit immigration rules. The Britain will rule out blue passports and confirming changes to immigration rules. The migrants must need to get 70 points if they want to apply for visa. If they want to get a work visa, then new rules will be applicable from January 2021. People should have the earnings of 25600 euro to have a job offer along with this they must be able to speak english language. There are different immigration rules for different sort of peoples unveiled by the Government which will further be applicable. So, I will discuss step by step.
1. NEW IMMIGRATION RULES FOR STUDENTS
i. They should be capable to speak english
ii. They have proper offer from registred institution
iii. They must be able to support themselves during their studies
2. NEW IMMIGRATION RULES FOR SKILLED WORKERS
i. In this case, all the applicants who wish to apply for a visa and want to live and work in Britain will need 70 points.
ii. The 20 points will be given if they have a job offer such as an employer
iii. The 20 points will be given if they have a job offer that is at a required skill level.
iv. The 10 points willl be given for speaking english.
It is important to mention here that some highly skilled people can enter UK without job offer if they can gain the required points.
Currently, the temporary visa option is now closed for entrance into UK those considered as low skilled workers.
