What evidence is there that proves your product/service as the best in the market? Using testimonials from customers who have used your products/services before will be useful and convincing to the audience. Engage in social networking platforms to be familiar with the trends.

3. Trustworthiness

How can they believe that this is genuine? You can offer your customers a free trial to test your products/services. This will be convincing for the audience, even for me and you, it can be persuasive.

When we test products/services as consumers and find out that it delivers everything mentioned on its features...We quickly purchase the product/service, because we know that it will solve the problems we have been struggling with.

"Thank God! I have been looking for this for all my life." These are the words we say when we are pleased with the product/service. We don't even care about the price.

These are the comments you want for your products/services. It must please the audience before they even purchase it. To make this even more exciting, you can offer a discount on your products/services. 

4. Pricing

How much does your product/service cost? If your prices are not normal or don't relate to the product you are selling, chances of making sales are meager.

Competitors that are in the same niche as yours might be offering the same product/service at a lower price. You need to know the value of your products/services. Knowing the value of your product/service will help you put a reasonable price on them.

5. Effectiveness

Does it work as you claim it to be? Your audience knows that salespeople tend to make false statements to get sales.

Are you also trying to lure them into a trap? What assurance is there to prove the effectiveness?

6. Quality

If it is services that you offer, your workplace must look professional. A salon must look like a real salon.

All the equipment required to provide services must be there in your workplace. Try your best to get quality equipment.

Uniqueness is a top priority; that is why it is on number spot on this list. If your product is scarce, there is no doubt that it will make sales. If your services are scarce, this will bring you more clients.

8. Brand

The name of your company must be a catchy phrase. Something that will make your audience interested in just reading the name of your company.

It is essential to have a logo and a slogan for your company. Get a professional graphic designer to design it for you.

9. Reputation

Try your best to keep your customers happy. Check their reviews, and try to improve your company.

It is good to be criticized sometimes, because you will know what you need to do, and then make things better. If they don't criticize you, how will you correct your mistakes?

10. Guarantee and Warranty

A guarantee for refund, will make your audience feel safe and trust your products/services. If your products/services last long, it will impress your audience. Consumers are ready to pay lots of money to get quality products/services.
