walking is something that we all do everyday,but most people donot look at legitimate way to lose weight ,burn fat and maintain a healthy weight.usually someone doing whatever it takes to lose weight ,we don't imagine somebody walking ,instead,we usually picture someone running as hard as they can on the treadmill covered in sweat.

Most people are undervaluing the benefits that walking can have on thier bodies.we go over exactly what we can expect to happen,we simply take 30 minuteswalking daily it can helps weight loss and fire up mainly small disease.

In current time almost people go to aerobic,zumba,yoga and dance class to maintain body.if you always walk at morning time it gives many benefit in own body.we  have heard almost people say morning walk shouldnot good for health  it also increase adding a good amount of extra calories to your deficit.
