This article explored the concept of motivation, dissecting its two main sources: intrinsic and extrinsic. Intrinsic motivation arises from the inherent satisfaction of an activity, while extrinsic motivation is driven by external rewards or pressures. The ideal scenario is to find a way to tap into both for long-term success. We then looked at common roadblocks that hinder motivation, including lack of clear goals, fear of failure, procrastination, and negative self-talk. Strategies to reignite motivation include setting small goals, connecting to a deeper purpose, visualizing success, building habits, finding accountability partners, celebrating milestones, rewarding yourself, and focusing on progress over perfection.

Shakti Kapoor's romantic role with much younger actress Poonam Pandey in "The Journey of Karma" caused a stir. The large age gap and promotional scenes of them together led to criticism of the film and Kapoor's decision to participate. Despite the controversy, Pandey enjoyed the experience, but Kapoor faced continued disapproval.
