Robots are real

A robot is a machine -especially one programmable by a computer- capable of carrying out a complex series of actions automatically. For many years researchers, scientists are working on robots to bring their imagination to exist in real life. Various small robots were made by companies that are although not super-intelligent androids but a step forward to a high tech world. But, a company of HongKong named Hanson Robotics developed a humanoid robot named Sofia.

1. Sofia Robots

Sofia Robot 

Sofia is a first humanoid Robot which is developed by a company in HongKong. She was activated on February 14, 2016, and made her first public appearance at South by Southwest Festival. The Robot, modeled after actress Audrey Hepburn. Camera within Sofia's eyes combined with a computer algorithm allow her to see. She can follow faces, sustain eye contact, and recognize individuals. 

Various countries have taken the interview with Sofia when she was publically shown. Indian media also have taken the interview with Sofia.

2. Kuri

Kuri

Kuri is a robot for the home designed personality, awareness for its surroundings and the power to move about the house freely too. It designed to fit into your home and become part of your family.

3. Romeo

Romeo

 

Like Sofia Robot, Romeo is another humanoid sized robot who's designed and built to assist the elderly as they loose their own autonomy. This robot is designed to able to open doors, climb stairs and reach for objects while going about its care duties. 

4. Buddy

Buddy

Buddy is a revolutionary companion robot designed to improve your family life. Buddy is designed to entertain the family, help you with your everyday activities, offer reminders when you need them, support you with recipes in the kitchen, and much more. 

 5. Henn na Hotel

Henn na hotel

A hotel in Southwestern Japan called Weird Hotel, is staffed almost totally by robots to save labor costs. The Hotel is called Henn na Hotel in Japanese and was shown to reporters recently, complete with robot demonstrations. One feature demoed was the use of facial recognition instead of e-keys during check-in.
