Storyline
As three youngsters travel to Bangalore to get their engineering degrees, they battle with older people. To assist them in getting even, they locate a local mobster by the name of Ranga.

Review of the film Aavesham:
You can always expect an entertaining ride when Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil stars in and produces a film. In addition, the picture is directed by the man behind the smash blockbuster Romancham, making it a must see. Fahadh Faasil plays Ranga in Aavesham, and he's joined by a bunch of new performers that make this gangster comedy hilarious.
The plot
Similar to Jithu Madhavan's previous film, Aavesham centers on a group of college students and is set in Bengaluru. In an attempt to keep themselves from being ragged, three migrant Malayali college studentsShantha Bibi (Midhun), Aju (Hipster), and Shanthan (Roshan Shanavas) decide to band together. However, this backfires, as they end up being abducted and brutally attacked by their seniors for a continuous two days. The three then decide that, despite lacking "local support," they still intend to exact revenge. They go to a lot of seedy places in their search for local support in the hopes of making friends with a local gangster who can assist them in their insane scheme. And that's where the three eventually meet RangaMayur who sticks out like a sore thumb at Mayuri Bar.
Ranga truly stands out since, in addition to his immaculate white shirt and jeans, he is covered in solid gold chains, bracelets, and rings that would make a jewelry store blush. Amban, his right hand man (Sajin Gopu), exalts his employer to the three youngsters, who believe him to be a cartoon, by telling them tales of his glories. Despite his seeming gangster persona, Ranga never makes physical contact with anyone. They marvel how he manages to be a gangster. They quickly discover the extent of his authority and ensnare Ranga in their college politics alongside their elders. The rest of the story is told from what happens afterward.
What functions
The gangster comedy Aavesham is masterfully crafted, and director Jithu Madhavan has once again shown his talent. Another big plus in this movie is his amazing talent at casting fresh performers (such Midhun, Hipster, and Roshan) in characters that suit them perfectly. Even though the college narrative is a common one in movies, Ranga's persona is essential to turning it into a mass masala comedy adventure. The director has made sure that each boy, Ranga and Amban, has their fair amount of clever conversation to keep the audience entertained. The dialogues bring a lot of humor to the movie.
In the end, Fahadh Faasil's choice to play Ranga was excellent because the actor doesn't appear in many commercial masala movies. Fahadh Faasil is without a doubt the standout performer in Aavesham. He carries the movie on his shoulders with ease, and his sense of humor shines through in all of his reactions and body language. For example, the little dance he performs following his shower reveals the humorous side of this notorious mobster. Overall, Ranga has been irrevocably marked by the gifted Fahadh Faasil, and it is difficult to imagine another actor playing this part.
Conclusion
The movie will particularly appeal to young people, not only because of its content but also because music director Sushin Shyam wrote some really cool and contemporary tunes. Sameer Thahir's cinematography is excellent, however certain parts may have been cut out of the edited version, which leaves room for improvement.
