A generosity from a non human

I went for a trip to Sikkim in India this year. Here I want to share an incident with all of you that I never had in my life before. In south of Sikkim there is a place called Ravangla. It is a place in the muntain where you can find forest in one hand and beautiful Kanchanjangha on the other. The scenic beauty is un mentionable. You can enjoy waterfalls, birds and wild life here. So, when I reached there I was amaged by the place and made a plan to treak to Lava from Ravangla. It is a 6 kilometer treak in one way. There is no ideal path to walk. The path is build by foot steps of people who used this path. The path is stony, muddy and one hand you have the mountain and in the other hand you have gulch. In the eniter journey from ravangla to Lava I met only one person in the path. It is lonely and you can heard birds chrips. I started my journey around 11 am and reached lava around 2 pm. I visit a monestry there and it is beautiful. Then I started my return journey to ravangla and tried new short cuts during the journey. But who knows that this kind of experiment would make a trouble for me. I walked around 3 hours and then came to a crossing where there were three paths. I choose one and walked for half an hour. I was very much tired at that time and found that the path which I choosed was a wrong one. I got one man luckily there who was working in the field. He saw me and told me that I made a mistake and I need to go back to rectify it. He also warned me that It would be dark very soon and I need to cover near two miles to reach ravangla. So, I asked a shortcut from him. He showed me the begining of the short cut and ask me to follow it. It is a very stiff cliff and jungles all around. I felt very tired after walking for a minute and I sat down on top of a stone. I had a stick at that time with me which I broke from a tree. When I sat down I saw a dog at that place and it was barking at me. At first I tried to keep it away from me by the help of the stick. But it coutinuously barking at me. Then I stood up and I saw it crossed me and rode up the cliff following a path. I followed the dog. But again I felt tried and sat down and the dog again came back and barked at me. Then I understood it wanted to make me out of the trouble. Then I blindly followed the dog and reached the right path to my destination. When I reached there the dog left me and I reached my destinatio at 6 pm. It was becoming dark at that time. In my whole life I never saw such kind of generosity. It is not from a human rather from a dog which we hardly notice in our daily life. I never forget this incident in my life.
