Specialists says its normal to loss upto 100 hairs a day.If you pull a bunch of them nearly 60 hairs are lost but you will se 5 -7 in your hands,no need to worry.When there are 15 and more then you should to pay attention towards your hairs.Its not late so here are some tips that can help you.

Aging,stress,pollution,unhealty lifestyle and genetic predispostion - there are lots of reasons for hairfall.Some are naturally we cant so much about it but we can decrese the rate of the hairfall so pay attention.

1. Wash your hair properly

  • First of all say NO to all the products that have Sulphate,perabene and silicon.
  • Check your hair type and then choose the shampoo
  • Overwashing is too bad for dry skin type and rare washing is bad for oily skins.
  • After washing your dont comb in the wet hairs.

2. Don't underestimate brushing

Oh, the feeling of seeing your beautiful hairs on the brush is the feeling that cannot be explained so choose the brush smartly.If your hairs fall regularly then yoou should choose the wooden brush with wide tooth.Rmember to clean your brush once a week.

3. Mind your hairdo

Its not only you that can be kept under the pressure but the tight hair styles you put your hairs under the same amount of the pressure.Ponytails,cornrows and tightly tieing your hair together can effect the scalp as well as the roots of the hairs,which can effect the growth of the hairs and Overtime lead to the reason for hairfall.

Advice: If the problem with hairloss is serious avoid styling,keep your hairdo for special days only.

4. Beaware of high heat

Well,not all of us can stay away from the hair styling tools one of which is hair dyers.Is it even possible to live without hair dyer, NO for some persons then atleast they can avoid the daily use of it.But to have healthy hair its worth giving up.We shouldn't expose our hair to the excesive heat we try to dry our hairs naturally.If we use dryers regularly then heat makes our hair brittle and thin,then our hair falls regularly and more often.Hot showers are also dangerous.

Advice : If styling tool is too hot for your skin then it is hot for hairs too and you can also use heat protecting spray.

5. Enjoy scalp massage

Time to treat you hairs and Scalp Massage is the one of the better ways to do it.It situmilate the blood circulation which helps in growth of the new hairs.

Advice : In the shower after applying shampoo or conditioner gently and slowly move your fingers around the head and you can also use hair massager.

6. Meditate and Excersice

Stress damages our body in many ways and hairloss is one of them.Being anxious and nervous makes the level of the hormone cortisol higher,which leads to the decrease of elements in the skin which are responsible in the growth of hairs.If you notice it you are stressfull then hairfall starts this means that both the things are related.

Advice : Meditate it helps in fighting the stress or if your not the fan of the spritual activities then engage yourself in fun activities.

7. Give up unhealthy activities

Body intoxication is caused by smoking and drinking alcohol regularly this also the reason of the hair loss.It damages the hair follicles which can be irreversible and can damage your scalps.

Advice : Quit smoking and drinking if you can't then limit it.

8. Decrease Bad food consumption

We are what we eat and food can effect on our body in both ways good and bad,this means we it can increase the hairloss and decrease the hair loss too.

Advice : Cut these items from daily habits 

  • Deit Soda : unnatural sweetner are unhealthy.
  • Sugar : It prevent absorbtion of protein which leads to hair fall.
  • Greasy food : It makes the skin greasy.
  • White bread ,pasta and cakes : Thay have high glycemic level.

8 1/2. Increase good food consumption

Apart from bad food here are some good food.

  • Spinach : it provides iron and oxygen to the skin.
  • Eggs : Protein and biotin are required for hair growth.
  • Carrots : Thanks to vitsmin A your scalp will always get natural oil.
  • Nuts and seeds : They contain protein and boitin

9. See a Doctors 

If there is hair fall which cannot be stopped then its time you should see the doctor. If there rashes and dandruff to much then its time to see the doctors.
