5 HOME-MADE EXERCISES TO REMAIN FIT

Stuck in quarantine! No problem, you can also remain fit and fine during this quarantine and make best use of it.Dont waste your time by lying on the bed or sitting on the chair doing all the mobile stuff get rid of this stand up and follow some of these points to remain healthy.

Let's take the initiative to follow these activities and make this boring quarantine a fit, healthy, and active quarantine:  

  1. For shorter distances rather than using your vehicle use your foot to go there. Walking! and yes as much as you walk your body will be in the movement. Even if you receive any call you may walk and talk either on your roof or if you are going outside in open keep in mind to keep a safe distance from other people around you.
  2. Avoid as much as you can all the situations of rest like sitting idle or sitting at an inclination angle. Take sleep for some time but sitting all the time or lying all the time is not good for your health. Make yourself indulge in various home activities likewise carrying some household things from one place to another or from one floor to another. Try to do the domestic chores like cleaning or gardening by yourself which will bring a motion in your body.
  3. Keep yourself busy with your children or siblings by playing with them like badminton or doing any physical activity like dancing etc.
  4. Meditation is also a good medium to remain fit in this quarantine. It will keep your state of mind calm, relaxed, and positive.
  5. Also in order to keep this quarantine a healthy one, you should also take due care of your intakes like fruits lots of must be consumed also take as much as possible the normal food not all that junky or oily stuff.

 

DO YOU KNOW  THESE 5 HOME BASED EXERCISES CAN HELP YOU TO REMAIN FIT AND TONED BODY AND ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE FOND OF MUSCULAR BODY:

  1. PUSH-UPSPush-ups are the rapid and effective exercise for building body strength. One should begin with chest and stomach flat on the floor with hands right in parallel to the shoulder and your legs must be straight. Now exhale when coming up and inhale while lowering your body putting more stress on your hands and repeat this step as much as you can do easily. And increase the number each day by one digit. For eg., if you did 20 today then do 21 tomorrow.
  2. SUPERMAN Just like the superman fly in the movies like arms stretched above the head and legs straight down lie down like that on the floor. Now lift your right are and left leg 6 inches above the ground and hold it for 5 seconds and repeat with other left hand and right leg.
  3. SQUATS Stand up straight with head forward and chest up and out. Keep your legs apart at your shoulder width and come into the position like sitting on a chair. Lower your thighs as much as you can and come up and then repeat this step again.
  4. FOREARM PLANK Place your forearms on the floor with elbows aligned below the shoulder and arms parallel to your body at about shoulder width.
  5. TOWEL CURL FOR ARMS WORKOUT Grab a towel roll it multiple times and grab both of its end with both of your hands. Stand your back leaning against the wall and positioning your feet about one foot in front of you.Keep your right knee slightly bent and bend your left knee and position your left foot in the center of the towel. Keeping your upper arm still, curl the edges of the towel
