TOP 3 amazing benefits to Earth in lockdown, Know on World Earth Day 2020

Lockdown is proving to be a boon for the earth. Earth is improving itself during this period due to the cessation of human activities. Environment lovers may demand that there should be a lockdown of at least two weeks in a year. Come, let us know how much the earth benefited from this lockdown.

World Earth Day 2020

Earth's vibration

Earth's vibration was reduced by 30 to 50% due to lockdown. Earth was shivering due to pilgrimage, machines, noise pollution, and all kinds of human activities. Now seismologists are detecting even very small earthquakes.

US health officials have confirmed this. According to the Belgian-based Royal Observatory, seismologists use underground centers to detect Earth's vibrations. But, due to the peace in the earth at present, it is being heard from outside as well as it is heard below.

Improvement in the ozone layer

The greatest damage to the ozone layer was occurring over Antarctica, scientists have found that this layer is now improving significantly. According to the latest research published in Nature, which is responsible for the loss of the chemical ozone layer, it is improving due to the reduction in emissions.

The erosion of the strong winds which formed over Antarctica in the South Pole due to the emission of recently reduced ODS has also stopped and started going in the opposite direction. Due to the lack of these materials, not only the ozone layer is improving, but the vortex over Antarctica is also coming back to the right place.

It is expected that this will bring positive changes in the pattern of rainfall along with other positive improvements. Organic chemist Lan Ray (Ian Rae) of Melbourne University is very excited by this research. He believes that due to this the rainfall in the coral reef area near Australia could be reduced. Due to the recent changes, the rainfall in the region will be more than before, which had started decreasing in the last few decades.

It is noteworthy that Earth's first layer of atmosphere is a layer of ozone just above the Troposphere, which does not allow ultraviolet (ultraviolet) rays coming from space to the surface of the Earth. This layer is 15 kilometers above the equator and about 8 kilometers above the poles. Our eyes and skin especially suffer from ultraviolet rays. These rays can cause diseases like Caesar in people Can.

Pollution levels

Pollution is reducing as the industry closes. Traffic and movement of people are also closed. Due to this, the air has become very clear. The biggest proof of this is the sight of the hills of Himachal, 200 km from Jalandhar. The clean air-blue sky is visible. In India alone, 1.2 million people die every year due to pollution.

The Center for Science and Environment's daily analysis of pollution revealed that the air pollution in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bengaluru has so far decreased due to the lockdown. The city in Mumbai was locked before other cities. Because of this, the average PM 2.5 level on the day of Janata curfew was 61 percent less on 22 March.

Similarly, on this day, it was 26 percent in Delhi, 60 percent in Kolkata, and 12 percent in Bangalore. The lockdown in Mumbai ranged between March 17 to 19 and March 22 to 23, so it was compared long ago.
