10 Unhealthy Foods You Think Are Healthy

I like to eat. Unfortunately, I also love unhealthy foods, and to try to eat healthier myself and others, I compiled this list so that people would realize that you are as healthy as you may think, just for the sake of doing. It. You can succeed. But remember: if you feel good about doing one type of food, then do it! Staying happy and content is just as important to your health as nutrition ... I think so at least!

    10. Vegetable oil

As some of us in the chemistry class have learned, fat is considered healthier than liquid, and therefore it is widely accepted that all vegetable oils are healthy. And hey, these are plants too! Then it feels good. It's a general rule that fat is healthier and more fluid because the double bonds in the "healthy" unsaturated (or if you are good) will lower the melting point like fat. What most people forget, however, is that even ordinary butter can be runny if it is slightly hot. The "oil" used to fry in fast food restaurants is the most widely used palm oil, an almost pure (unhealthy) saturated oil. It is semi-solid at room temperature, but liquid when heated and used for frying, and it is unhealthy. If a healthier oil is chosen for frying, that delicious potato will not be bad for you. Not always that the potatoes are of good quality. "Then why don't fast food restaurants use healthy oil?" You can ask yourself. Unhealthy products are cheaper, and fast food businesses are more careful about their money than their health.

    9. pasta

However, there are endless variations and so many healthy variations of this puffy, typical pasta you get when you buy spaghetti, macaroni or noodles, at least in the Western world, just white flour, water and mixed with eggs (although the small percentage of eggs is not much does not contribute to the nutritional value of pasta). It contains no vitamins, minerals and almost no fibre. Nothing but empty carbohydrates, in the form of pasta. To make matters worse, "fast food pasta", for example, contains Chinese food, often very salty, mixed with unhealthy fats.

  8.White Bread

White bread This is pasta, but in the form of bread. You probably already know this, but there are still people in the world who think that all kinds of bread are good for them. Believe me, no white bread!

    7. Soup mixture

I mean, you do not think that a thoughtless green powder you mix with water can be good for you, right? Well, it's not: if you eat soup, you eat/drink the powder with water, milk, butter or whatever you have, with a mixture of delicious salt and preservatives. Very salty. Salt in food is often overlooked as a risk factor. Salt is an important factor in heart disease. It must be removed from the body. The kidneys do this work, and the higher the blood pressure, the more salt rises, without going too deep into the physiology. And high blood pressure is not good for you, which you probably already know.

    6. sauce

Main-ketchpaddon can not explain the fact that in the United States it is almost accepted as a vegetable. Even though it contains lycopene as an antioxidant (antioxidants reduce the risk of mutations in your body and reduce the risk of developing diseases such as cancer), tomato sauce contains a weight of sugar (according to Wikipedia) salt (26per cent as carbohydrate). Most tomato sauce we eat is processed and not organic, so the lycopene levels are much lower than the tomatoes used.

    5. diet soda

I was not sure if I would include this article because I am not sure if the definition of 'food' contains drinks in the English language. After all, it is not in my native language but what will I do it has in each case decides to be satisfied with this. You probably knew that fizzy drinks would never be healthy, or not, but did you know that it can be pretty bad for you? Scientists are still unsure of this. Some even go so far as to say that Diet Coke is worse than the sugar-filled versions. This is a controversial debate, as there are not yet many scientific studies on the health consequences of diet soft drinks, but there are some that have not been proven to be true for fans of diet food. Some studies have shown that soda may not be that bad for you, but that you still gained significant weight for the test group. One theory was that diet cookies stimulate your appetite, so you 'ate' more calories than you saved by drinking a diet soda instead of a sugary version. Many animal studies have suggested that artificial sweeteners used in diet soft drinks, just like regular sugars, can lead to weight gain. It is also believed that some of these sweeteners, such as aspartame, increase the risk for certain types of cancer, although this, as far as I know, has not been scientifically proven.

    4. Processed cheese

It is probably common knowledge that cheese is not very good for you, but processed cheese is necessarily bad for you! There is a little story on this subject from my childhood. On this topic, when I first ate burgers at the local Burger King, I wondered what kind of cheese they use in those delicious burgers. It was like ... beautiful and beautiful, and yellow too! Many years have passed and I, as a citizen fanatic, have tried different types of cheese on my burger at home, without achieving the desired result. When I travel from the border to Sweden one day, I discover that the grocery store I went to sees it for the first time. If I am not mistaken, 'American Cheese' got this name, and I bought some of it which they took home to Norway to put to the test. And yes, that yellow cottage cheese you were looking for! Since we all know that Norway is a much better place than Sweden, although the two countries are very similar, except for Swedes who sell this cheese, I thought I would have to do some research. Unbelievable, since I found out that processed cheese (which is not called cheese) contains so much salt that it is not sold here. Some sources have also shown that the average processed cheese in your fast food burger contains so much salt that you can get away from the recommended daily intake with just 2-3 slices of cheese. I'm not sure how Burger King would get cheese here, but that's probably another story.

    3. Soy sauce

Because I love soy sauce, my soy sauce blew away. I enjoyed this delicious fat-free sauce until I wrote this party list. Well, unlike many other soy products, soy sauce does not contain antioxidants called isoflavones, but the amount of antioxidants in soy sauce is still so high that it is often (or incorrectly) considered healthy. On the downside, however, soy sauce contains a lot of salt. Several studies have also shown that it is often known that chemicals increase the risk for certain types of cancer that occur in soy sauce. Fortunately, after much stricter regulations on these chemicals and relatively recent knowledge of the dangers associated with high salt content, many types of low sodium soy sauce are now free of hazardous chemicals. Unfortunately, with the healthiest form of different foods, it is not as tasty as the real thing.

    2. Peanuts

Blank nuts are generally healthy. Most types contain vitamins, minerals, fibre and lots of goodies for your body. Peanuts are no terrible exception, but they may not be as good as other types of nuts. Most peanuts sold as snacks contain salt and are often roasted and covered with unhealthy fats. But the nuts themselves are healthy, you say? Can be. Of course, they have the aforementioned benefits that they contain a lot of vitamins and minerals, but they do contain a lot of unsaturated fatty acids known as omega-6 fatty acids. You may have heard of it with omega-3 acids. It is a scientific fact that the risk is increased by increasing foods with strongly distorted omega 6: omega 3 ratios (in favour of the omega 6 variant). Common diseases such as diabetes and Alzheimer's. The ratio should be 1: 1, but the American diet is between 1:20 and 1:50, in favour of omega 6. Maybe you should not say that peanuts are bad for you, but they should be eaten in a limited amount become and must be eaten as nature made it: raw and without salt.

    1. Recruitment Fruits juice

Probably nutritional information for Orange JuiceContraVational, but this entry is with good reason # 1: Many people believe that fruit juice is so healthy that they replace all the fruits in their diet for it. Now it is true that fruit juice contains many vitamins, but it is very expensive; Most fruit juices are pumped with excess sugar and the pulp is removed, unlike some types. The pulp of the fruit provides the necessary fibre which can be considered as a good imbalance of all the natural sugar contained in the fruit. So my advice to you: drink fruit and rather eat whole, raw fruit. If you like this list, you will enjoy it.
