10 good habits to stay healthy

  • Wash hands thoroughly with soap after coming home from outside, after applying hands to any foreign objects, before cooking, before eating, after eating and after using the bathroom. If you have a small child in your house then it becomes even more important. Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly before applying it.
  • Pay special attention to cleanliness in the house, especially on kitchens and toilets. Do not let the water collect anywhere. Regularly clean the place like a sink, washbasin, etc and keep using phenyl, floor cleaner, etc. Do not leave any food items open. Keep raw and cooked food separately. Keep utensils, fridges, ovens, etc used for cooking and eating. Never put wet utensils in a rack, nor put a lid without dry compartment, etc.

  • Prefer to use unsaturated vegetable oil(eg soybean, sunflower, corn or olive oil) for cooking. Use both sugar and salt in food to a minimum. Do not use juices made from junk food, soft drinks, and artificial sugar, etc. Try to have dinner by eight o'clock and this meal should be light-hearted.
  •  Keep your resting or sleeping room clean, ventilated and open. Keep changing the sheets, pillow covers, and curtains and also shake the mattresses or mattresses from time to time
  •  Do meditation, Yoga to increase concentration and stay away from stress.
  •  Do any exercise daily. For this, give at least half an hour daily and keep changing the way of exercise, like sometimes do aerobics and sometimes just walk fast.
