1 How can pomegranate keep us healthy? 

 Pomegranate is a beneficial fruit among the fruits created by nature, which has the ability to remove tri-doshas i.e. Vayu, Pitta, and Kapha doshas.  According to Ayurveda, Pomegranate is a bile sedative, sambhar, Trisha, vomiting, inflammation, bowel disease remover, satiety factor, semen enhancer, fertilizer exploiter, and astringent.  

Sweet pomegranate increases strength and intelligence, while sour pomegranate is considered to be a minor aliphatic and illuminates gastric fire.  Consuming sour pomegranate destroys wind and phlegm, while bile increases.  Pomegranate syrup removes the problem of heat and excessive thirst.  Mixing sangha salt and honey and taking pomegranate juice cures distaste. Nutmeg, clove, soda powder, and honey should be consumed in pomegranate juice for storage of disease.  

There is a possibility of frequent nosebleeds in the summer season.  To avoid this.  Mixing 20 grams of sugar in a glass of sour-sweet pomegranate juice should be drunk daily in the afternoon.  

In Ayurveda, pomegranate seeds, pomegranate peel, flowers, leaves, roots, and bark of pomegranate tree are used as medicine.  In case of a cough, keeping a piece of pomegranate peel in the mouth and sucking its juice is beneficial.  If there are worms in the stomach, a decoction of pomegranate peel mixed with a little sesame oil should be taken for three days. 

 In case of diarrhea in children, licking the peel of pomegranate mixed with water is beneficial.  In the leucorrhoea of ​​women, giving pomegranate peel along with rice starch cures the disease.

Tai Chi qualified as an alternative to aerobic exercise in the National Taiwan University Hospital study.  .  It was found that a person weighing 68 kg can burn up to 270 calories by practicing tai chi for an hour.  

2 Heart helpful: - 

According to researchers at the University of California, patients with heart disease can get cardiovascular benefits from its practice.  Scientists at the University of Liverpool, in a study of women aged 33 to 55, found that women who did tai chi three times a day for three months had a better health balance and their blood pressure was also controlled.  

3 Protector of bones: - 

A study conducted at the Chinese University of Hong Kong found that post-menopausal women who practiced tai chi at least five times a week for a year had stronger bones than those who did not practice it. 

 

4 Pain Reliever:- 


A scientific team from South Korea did an in-depth study on many patients suffering from Osteo Arthritis and inspired them to practice Tai Chi.  After three months, scientists found that the patients who practiced this had got a lot of pain relief.
