There are three phases of life childhood, young age, and old age. These three ages reflect time as past present and future. Youth is like a present moment of life; this age gives more dreams to fulfill, to learn, to explore new ideas, to make things possible, and achieve it. It can promote progress through more involvement in education, employment, and empowerment. Don't force your old technique and ideas on them because this is the time to discover their plans. Their dreams are different from yours, and choices vary differ from yours. You have to give wings to fly, their mind to approach towards new opportunities, and understand enough to built trust. Youth need the education to proceed in the right direction.
Now, Youth is more progressive towards their goals and confident about it. They actively participated in social campaigns and economic development programs. They make better decisions in life, and they are full of spark, courage, and also they work to bring positive changes in society.

Youth need a platform to establish and achieve their perspectives. They also step ahead to end poverty, inequality, and climatic change. Youth needs a significant role in our society. They are more transparent and vibrant in their thinking. They pursue careers like leadership, innovations, motivation speakers, standup comedians, Web series makers, which are very famous nowadays, the renowned character Jeetu bhaiya, YouTubers. Social media wizards. Also included the young writers, poets, also replenish their work, scriptwriters, struggling actors, young entrepreneurs, startups. Politics is the lesser touched field; try the youths, but hopefully soon in the next time, all are to be in this race. They will enhance the economy of our society. The other youths who are not from high thinking but they are street stallers, chai shop keepers, samosa corners, these don't find opportunities, but they don't underestimate themselves and proceed in what they know.
Voice Of Today:
The Youth is the voice of today; they are the change-makers, risk-takers, the burden bearers. They are the real heroes. They also fight for the right, and they are full ideas and strategies one opportunity to help them to achieve success.
How to be more Channelize the power of Youth in the right direction:
- To follow Youth into prolific individuals.
- To understand adult mind psychology by the parents at this stage.
- Don't force any particular field.
- Don't overburden about the highest marks race.
- Don't compare your child to others
- proper guidance of teachers
- Don't control too much to your child, who is now an adult, not a strict disciplined.
- Make your child a friend.
Fundamental problems of Youth: Youth generation has much energy and power. To give the right direction, you have to provide guidelines, but today these things not happened. Their career is on the stack. Now, this quarantine period is a risky time as their jobs are at stack. Before this virus, unemployment is the main reason. Youth is depressed, frustrated, and feared in their future. Their lots of years wasted in education and then for a job. There is no easy way to persuade and proceeded towards success because of that many crime prevailing in societies like rape, theft, hacking, the crime rate increases, and the economy fall. To guide the Youth and gives support in their career should be the priority first. It's the need of the hour.
Find Your goal on your own: So the young people of the nation listen if you find the way when there is a will, there is the way. Focus more on goals; make your career first than other things afterward. The problem is hardships and hurdles in life. To find something big, you also have struggles, obstacles in your life. Take out knowledge where ever you want, Be skillful, know communication skills and personality development well. You prepare yourself on your own because self-learning is the best form of learning. Don't lose hope and don't expect from others. Do what you want to do until or unless you don't find it. Never give up. You are the winner and hero of the nation. The nation wants you people.
