Without proper amount of sleep a man get in to a level where he has bad health and zero efficiency. And the person who do proper sleep stays happy and grow well in the field due to his energy level he has from the sleep. Sleep give our muscles proper recovery so we can charge ourselves. Its same like the battery of the device if you want to use it then you have to charge it. If you do not charge it then device will be dead. Sleep give us energy same like battery give power to the device. 

A research finds out that 5 men put in a case where they have everything, they want but they are not allowed to sleep. The results show 2 men die after 5 days and remaining 2 of them were fighting with each other and they also die by killing each other. The last men that survived is not in a good mental state. He is gone out of mind. So, this proves that Sleep gives you power to do your daily routine work. If you are taking less sleep then this thing will hurt you in the long run. Your health will go away on daily basis. If awake for more hours still it gives you disease like headache like this. 

If you want to stay healthy then must give a right amount of time to sleep. If you stay up late in the night then your day will lazy and you cannot perform daily task easily. Your performance will be lesser and you cannot deliver the work you were delivering. 

It also ruins your personal life in a way that you cannot have a good relationship with you close ones. You will stay non serious and dump all day. You cannot give the quality time to your family. Always you find yourself in a state of mind where you want to sleep and powerless. Whenever you want to do some task which is little hard then you want to go away from that because you want rest and you want to stay away from the hectic work. In the office you always work slow and in a lazy manner. When you come home you talk in a way that everyone hates you. The thing which we say activeness will go away from your life. Your health will go away. You look like a weak man. Whenever you talk to any person, they can easily judge you that you are in a weak health position. 

In other words, if I say then you will lose your life day by day. But if you job is like in night shifts in some days that is not a problem because if you complete your sleep then there is no problem for that of your health. You know every one like healthy person and girls like the boy who has body and have a good body shape. Girls like the boy who has money. Girls like the boy who is active and when he is with her, she feels proud. So, if you do less sleep then you cannot perform well which will decrease your work efficiency and if you cannot work well then you cannot earn well. So, you will get poor day by day after that you will lose your health day by day and then you have no money and no health and no girl and no friends with you. After that you have nothing in your life. 
But if you do proper sleep and work well and perform in a way that you produce results then you will earn a lot. You can think of different new ideas and implement them because you have the power to do that. When you have money then you brain feel like you can buy everything means you stay happy and them you look wealthy and healthy. So, people get attracted to you. Girls like you. Your friends come close to you because you got money, pride, girls, cars and health. Every person wants to be with you because your presence makes them superior. In this way you stay active and healthy when you feel like a king in your life. 

After all this you have make a plan that how much sleep do you need and at what time what you have to do and why you have to do it. What is the purpose of doing all this? When you ask all these questions to you self then you can decide where you want to go and why you want to go. But if you have less sleep then you always stay dizzy and lazy and you have no decision power and you always want to stay where you are. Because you have no power to do any work in a day. If you do not sleep then you cannot move further in your life due to de motivation which come from less sleep. You always think about the hurdles and failures. You go in a negative direction in a life. So, if you want to be successful then stay healthy by having good amount of sleep.

Right amount of sleep give us our life back and our family back. In simple words you can understand sleep is your charger. You cannot take a single step with out in your life. You will die if you not take sleep. You get weak physically and mentally if you do less sleep. Sleep is like a petrol to us. More sleep is also dangerous but we need an amount of sleep where our muscles get relax. If you love your body then give it what it needs and you want to move on in a life then sleep must otherwise you have no energy to move on. Sleep is very important in our lives. Must sleep.
