Why is it important to buy gold ?

Before the festive season began, the fire was set on gold prices. Now, of course, it has dried down a little. But it can not be said that the price is low. Yet the common people are not interested in buying gold. Experts say that it is better not to fall down because of prices. Buy gold more and more. Why buy? Experts bring at least four reasons on that matter.

  • First, those who want to accumulate a little bit of hard earned money for the future, buy gold. There are several tools to raise money or increase property. They include gold, like government fixed diposits, insurance, stock markets or mutual funds. The general rule of private invesment is that it is not spread in one place, but in many cases. This is to reduce the amount of risk or to say good balance. That is why investing in gold is a part of the total deposit money. Usually, the price of gold is the opposite of the stock market. The experience of August-September is a valid proof of that. When the stock market was in turmoil as China and the US trade war intensified, gold prices skyrocketed. This means, if the general investor is facing any loss in the stock market, then the price of gold works as an ointment.
  • Second, many people buy gold for the sake of their son-daughters' marriage for many years. This is a very intelligent task. Because history says, any currency, be it rupee, or the euro or the dollar - it loses. That is, what I am buying at one rupee today, I will get less than one rupee next year. That loss of currency is more than a loss of gold. So gold accumulates slowly over time, and it does not allow for inflation to rise.
  • Third, if the investor is investing in the stock market and if he needs a sudden buck, he can sell the shares when he is happy. The problem is, since the risk of share capital is highest, there is no guarantee of always getting a good price. When investing in gold, it can then be sold. Even if the price is low, big risks can be avoided. In most cases, the benefits can be realized. If you invest in government fixed diposits or insurance, gold is not obliged to hold it for a certain number of years.
  • Fourth, investment in gold is the safest investment. Let me explain a little. Gold is now the most valuable asset all over the world. If the economy of a country collapses, if the country's own currency starts to fall, then people can get a return from gold. Because gold is accepted all over the world. Many people invest in real estate or housing. In this case, if the economy is in trouble, then the real estate business also suffers. If people do not have money, if no one wants to buy a flat, then who will sell it? Who will pay his price? In this case, the opportunity to sell gold is always open.

Now the question is, is it wise to buy gold at such high prices? Experts say, yes, that is a wise thing to do. Because, first of all, if the price of gold goes up, then this will give confidence to the buyers, that the asset, he is buying has a market value. That is, he can use it in a timely manner. Who can say that what is expensive today will not be more expensive in the coming days? The second reason is that no one can assure that the price of gold will fall overnight. That is, there is no much room for thinking that I will not buy as the price higher now, I will buy later. Because, two main reasons for the rise in the price of gold.

  • First, in addition to the commercial wars in the United States and China, there are various socioeconomic woes. It forced the stock market to move. People want to invest in a safe place. So the price of gold goes up.
  • On the other hand, instead of imposing tariff on import duty on gold, the Indian government is increasing it. In the end, the price has to be paid to the general buyer.

These two areas will change overnight and the price of gold will go down slowly, which is a big deal, experts say. Therefore, the buyer will not be deceived by buying the gold by removing the words, experts assure.
