Who was the best boss?

Egoistic personal only thinks about himself, but a generous man serves to others.

1. My first boss was a simple man

When I started my teaching career, I found a simple boss who was not arrogant. When I was worried about the students in the school where I was teaching, my boss helped me and simply guided me. He did not implement his rules on me because he wanted to make me a successful person. I made lots of mistakes, but he forgave me and asked me about my personal problems even today. He did not deduct my salary. Although he was suffering from lots of problems at the office, he did not say to the staff that he was in a problem. And whenever I was in trouble, he also came to my house to ask me the problem, and he also said to me to give some extra salary when I was suffering from mental problems. He suggested me to consult with a good doctor. All the children in his school were also dedicated, and they also supported me. Whenever I beat them, they did not tell their parents and to the boss. They did not complain about me, and this is the symbol of sincerity, and thus, they are genuine students.

2. My second boss was arrogant

 When I joined a new school to teach the students, I met a new boss. Firstly he was so simple in the interview and looking a gentle person, but after some days started to tease me and started showing his arrogance. He did not want to develop the students but really wanted to develop his self-happiness, and he wanted to become a rich person by the students and their parents, and he was so eager to be famous quickly. Also, the students at that school were not good. They were not obedient. My boss did not ask me about my personal problems, and he also didn't want to listen to my personal problems. He just imposed the rules on me. Moreover, he also came to my house, not for help but his own benefit, and whenever I made mistakes every time, he deducted my salary. He also wanted to beat me, and as you had been told that I was suffering from mental problems, but he ignored it, and he said that if you are taking the money, you have to do this work. Today, he wears lots of jewelry on his body, but he did not give the workers' salary during the lockdown. I think the jewelry is only show off of his richness. He did not consider me as a teacher. Even today, he thinks of me as his servant only. But God is looking at everything, and one, the day he will be regretting this.
