Girish Chandra murmur first LT Governor of Jammu and Kashmir.

Girish Chandra murmur took oath as the first Lt Governor of Jammu and Kashmir and October 31st, 2019, following the bifurcation of aapka state into two union territories.

Murmu is a 1985 badge Gujarat cadre and was appointed as secretary, department of expenditure in March 2019.

Born on 21st November 1959, Murmu, a native of Odisha, had worked closely with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Gujarat as an additional principal secretary during his new HD minister. He served and expanded your secretary at the center before getting appointed as Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir.

IAS Officer Radha Krishna Mathur

First LT governor of Ladakh (UT) IAS officer Radha Krishnan Mathur took the oath and the first LT governor of the union territory of Ladakh on October 30th, 2019. He dried the Chief Information Commissioner of  India (CIC) in November 2018. Mathur had retired as India's defense secretary, two years after being appointed to the post on 25 May 2013. He was also the defense production secretary of India and Chief Secretary of Tripura.

On 11th August 2018, Justice Gita Mittal become the first-ever woman Chief Justice of the German High Court. She is the first woman for floor and justice to be the 'Nari Shakti Puraskar' India's highest civilian honor for women.

JAMMU AND KASHMIR AFTER REORGANIZATION ACT, 2019.

1. People from other states will know to be eligible to serve and purchase land.

2. Legislative Assembly duration Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir will be 5 years.

3.  There will be common HC for J&K and Ladakh UTs.

4. There will be single citizenship only.

5. Tricolour flag will be the only flag hosted in Jammu and Kashmir only (UT) and Ladakh (UT).

6. Provision of the Indian Constitution is applicable in the state.

7. UT Administration will have to frame the rules for state Cadre and other officers' services as several employees from Ladakh and posted in Jammu and Kashmir and vice versa.

8. Police will come and control after the Union Home Ministry. 

8. The process for fresh Delimitation will be carried out by setting up a Delimitation Commission.

10. Jammu and Kashmir reorganization will come into forces, and J&K and Ladakh are declared UTs.

11. No permission will be required to set up industries, and Non-Local will be eligible to apply for jobs in the UTs unless the administration imposes a cap, will effect from 31st October 2019.

12. There will be no separate constitution. 

13. West Pakistani refugees and Valmikis, who had been denied state subject right even after 72 years of settlement in the state, will now be equal stakeholders.

14. Leh and Kargil district will have Autonomous Council's, Municipalities and Panchayats. It may be mentioned here that the Central directly controls the law and order of UTs.

15. Ut can't make glass about law and others, police.

16. UT of Jammu and Kashmir to have only 9 Ministers.

17. UT Ladakh to have an advisor.

18. PSC for J&K UT, UPSC for Ladakh.

19. Article 360 will be applicable (Financial Emergency).

20. Minorities will be eligible for reservation in services.
