A Principal is the head of a school or a college and, as such, holds a very important post. He is required to run the school efficiently with the help of his staff and students. He should be honest, hard-working, and should lead by example. He should also be a good leader and, most importantly, a good administrator.
If I were the Principal of the school, the first thing that I would do is to unite all staff members and students to help me to achieve the goals that I have set forth for myself for the welfare of the school. My first aim in becoming a Principal would be to provide quality education to my students. For this, the students would require clean classrooms and a healthy atmosphere to study.
