Whats app will stop working

Whats app an individual company was taken over by facebook .

Whats app doesnt work for old smart phones or smart phones that dont recieve an update for their software after a period of time.

It will not be able to work on these following devices:

1. Any WINDOWS 10 mobile or any windows operating mobile will have no access to whatsapp after December 31.
2. APPLE devices with iOS 7 will have there whatsapp facility not accessable from Febuary 1,2020.
3. ANDROID devices with version of android 2.3.7 will not have whats app functioning from Febuary1,2020.
4. Howoever, jio users with both Jio old and new wont be having any problem as Reliance has safe guarded its interest and partnered with whatsapp. 

Whatsapp awares users that only users with very old android and apple devices will have difficulty with the same.

STEPS TO SAVE YOUR DATA:

• Whats app requests its users to update the adroid phones to Android 4.0.3 and apple users to udate there software to iOS 8 atleast.
• Kindly take a backup of all the chats to save your data by going to settings-chats-chat backup.
• Also if you cannot take a chat backup, kindly press on the chat and export a zip file for your future refernce.
• One can buy the backup space if he is running out of space as it is affordable and much more safer than having your data saved in a usb or hard disk which might get corrupt or loose all the data for no such specific reason.
• For svoiding all this what one can do is prefer a medium budget phone as flagship phones are way to expensive and medium budget phones are way much better than the flagship phones.
