What To Do During Lock-down To Make You Empowering

We are experiencing this unfortunate and unending Lockdown situation during COVID-19 in 2020.

Life has completely stopped and become far more stressful than before. So to cope with this situation, I'll be sharing a few tips you do during Lockdown so we can manage our stress levels

  1. MEDITATION                                                                                                        This is no new terminology. Ancients studies have shown to remain calmer, and stress-free one should meditate daily. This helps to cope up with anxiety, depression, and unintended thoughtful behaviors. In Indian Vedas, Dhayan is given the utmost priority to cleanse and detoxify the soul. Hence, we can perform daily meditations in the lockdown period to have a  better day and an optimistic mindset. MEDIATION DURING LOCKDOWN
  2. YOGA/EXERCISE                                                                                                                     YOGA does more than just burning calories and toning muscles. According to Indian Vedas, Yoga means 'Union' or 'Connection.' In Sanskrit, the word yoga is used to signify any form of connection. Yoga is a state of contact and a body of techniques that allow us to connect to anything. Yoga is more than a series of precise movements; Yoga is a way of life. When you start to exercise and see your body transform, that can quickly change the perspective of your life. It will make you feel more energetic, more independent, more confident. And there's nothing like a boost in confidence to increase overall happiness.EXERCISE
  3. READING                                                                                                                       Don't underestimate the power of reading. You might be a reader or not. But you can try to be one in this Lockdown; one should not try to limit ourselves and keep trying new things. So to try something innovative, one should inculcate the habit of reading once a day to spend our time in a more progressive and motivational manner.  Motivation is the most needed thing in this phase, and books can be one of the resources to keep your self motivated. If you are new to the reading world, you can try with the self-help and motivational books. These books will provide the inspiration you are looking for, and further will enhance your knowledge of life-related topics. READING
  4. SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY                                                                          The most essential thing in any individual's life is a 'Family,' and this Lockdown has given us this precious gift to be with our loved ones. This time is scanty and divine. We should not miss out on this. Spend a pleasant time with your family by taking care of your old parents, kids, life -partner; this is extremely rare. Eat together, clean, cook, and watch TV together. Above all, TALK your heart out. This is the best time to forgive someone you love and reunite together. Because to let go heaviness off your heart is what you deserve. You deserve to be happy and light.                      family                                                         
  5. LEARNING NEW COURSES                                                                                   Yes, you heard, right. You can learn new online courses that you were forever longing to do. This is the right time to upgrade yourself and gain knowledge, because you will never have the amount of time you have right now, so why not utilize it in the best possible manner. Various platforms are providing free courses during this Lockdown, and you can also go for paid internships and certifications.
